We believe,

True progress has to be necessarily inclusive.
Every individual has the right to opportunity irrespective of her/his financial condition or geographic presence.


Our target audience in our first rural youth project was a mix of college going, college dropouts and graduates and the sessions were conducted outside college premises. However in order to be able to reach more people and effect a larger impact we intend to replicate the urban model wherein we shall access the rural youth while they are still in college.

 

At the end of our course, though majority of our students displayed tremendous improvement in their levels of spoken English, we are yet to cherish the experience of seeing some of them placed in companies. However our experience and learnings have left us better equipped to realize this objective much sooner than later. Though ours is not an employment guarantee program we do intend to become an employability guaranteed effort.

 

Two of our students from this batch are now teaching English to the students of Std V through our school project.
