Our effort is still very modest, and with the number of people we intend to reach, it may continue to remain modest. But it has grown nonetheless, grown in the number of people it has reached and impacted with each passing year.

People who have lent a hand to help the effort are many. Each person’s contribution is invaluable and is treasured well in our memories. We hope that the effort is blessed with many more such helping hands.

Pranil Naik - is an engineering graduate and has completed his MBA. He has 6 years of professional work experience across IT, Logistics and Management Consulting. Since 2001, he has been devoting his after work hours to teaching children from under-served communities. At LeapForWord, he contributes towards content development and is responsible for its rural projects. Pranil is the founder of LeapForWord and currently devotes all his time to the effort.

Sudeshna Das - is a post graduate in Science and has completed her MBA. She has 3 years of professional work experience in the financial sector. At LeapForWord, she manages volunteer relationships and is responsible for its school project. Sudeshna is the co-founder of LeapForWord and currently devotes all her time to the effort.

Arun Fulara - is an engineering graduate and has completed his MBA. He has 5 years of professional work experience across Consulting & Telecom. At LeapForWord, he works on the sustainability initiatives and devotes all his time to it.

Aniket Dani - is an engineering graduate and has completed his MBA. He has 5 years of professional work experience and is currently employed with a credit rating agency. He completed the three levels of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exam between 2006 and 2008. At LeapForWord, he is responsible for the Urban Youth Project. Aniket is the co-founder of LeapForWord.

Tushar Mohite - is a Chartered Accountant with 2 years of professional work experience and is currently employed with an investment bank. He was an active member of NSS for 5 years during his college days. At LeapForWord, he is responsible for legal & financial compliance and contributes towards its school projects.

LeapForWord Volunteers - In the initial two years of existence, LeapForWord has largely been a volunteer driven organisation. The organisation has been fortunate enough to receive the support of many dedicated volunteers who lay unwavering faith in the vision of the organisation. Without their support LeapForWord could not have been able to dream bigger. We thank all the people who helped shape the organisation.
